Software Requirements:

The course system on The Wise DC.com will work in any modern web browser, however, it works best in a range of specific browser types (see below). Your browser should also have both cookies and javascript enabled. These are typically enabled by default, but if you think these settings (like allowing pop-up windows) might need enabling, adjust the settings for your particular browser. These settings are usually found in the browsers menu under options or internet options.

Internet Explorer (v5.5 or later)
Firefox (all versions)

You will need a PDF reader. Most modern computers have a PDF reader pre-installed. Some of our courses may have documents in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) so you will need a PDF reader. You can download Adobe Reader for free here .

Course Instructions:

This is a timed course. Read and review the course material thoroughly. You must spend the appropriate amount of time in this course before advancing to the proficiency test. Upon successful completion with a passing grade on your test you will be prompted to print your certificate of completion from your "My Account" under Account at the My Certificates link . Provide your email address when prompted after submitting the test to receive your grade. If you don't pass the test your certificate will not be listed and you can submit the test again.
